Life in a frat house made it hard to find privacy and the fact was they could afford the water bill. Everyone was spending too much time in the shower with the hot water running. The solution was John's idea.
John would wake up extremely horny every morning, go down to the laundry room and do yesterdays laundry. He would also watch adult content on his cell phone in the restroom, while waiting for his laundry.
The boys install a VCR and flat screen in a large walk-in closet in the laundry room and it becomes the porn room. Everyone was asked to purchase or donate one video. You can sign up for ten minutes twice a day and you must clean up after yourself. They even installed a paper towels Viva Signature cloth paper towels. The room was a huge success and very popular. More open, or maybe more horny Guys would occasionally double or triple watch a movie together. It was weird but working.
Finally guys realized they did not have to do laundry to check out the closet and the water bill went down. Gay activity went up a jillion percent. John's idea actually brought us all together, made us closer and a lot more open with each other. All that stress about hooking up with a girl, was gone they had a plan B. Then we recruited the Miller twins to join our frat and we ended the year with five gay dudes counting the twins. That was up from zero when we started the year. The five guys were not complaining just a few parents that were clueless that gay was even a possibility.
The flip side to that was about twenty straight dudes (out of thirty-seven) were liking the fact the could date a girl and not think about getting to pushy. Girls started to be more generous almost like the realized they had competition. The guys were just not as desperate for human or female contact.
The test of the state of things came at our Thanksgiving Day party with our Sister Sorority. The weekend before break we host a party. We turn the driveway into a dance floor had a DJ and everything. Twenty straight dudes and thirty three chicks, with everyone was having a blast. While two guys actually scored, and the party ended promptly at midnight. Then the straight guys join the rest of the guys and the party in the laundry room. Where someone has slipped in gay content.
For the first time in the history of our Frat more guys choice to stay on campus, and wait until Christmas to back home to see their families. Well two guys when home to come out of the closet, and the third guy stayed to avoid explaining his change in sexual preference. The twins parents made a large donation for accepting their two sons on a emergency basis. The had seduced the wrong freshman in a two against one let do gay stuff. We gave the twins the opportunity to be themselves, and thanked them for it and their parents for the donation.
